Doug founded Victor Capital Partners and serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. Doug has more than 30 years of experience investing in private equity, including playing a role in the formative stages of three other successful private equity firms since the late 1980s. He was recently a partner of Irving Place Capital (formerly Bear Stearns Merchant Banking) from 1999 through 2015, with a primary focus on branded businesses in the industrial and consumer sectors. Previously, Doug was a founding Managing Director of Eos Partners, where he invested in middle-market buyouts. He was also an early Vice President and Associate at Blackstone Group, where he was a team member on some of Blackstone’s earliest buyout investments. Doug began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in Mergers and Real Estate. He has been involved in numerous charitable and community leadership positions over the years including serving as Chair of the Board of Advisors of the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, as a Trustee of Greenwich Academy, as a Presidential appointee to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, and as a board member of UJA-Federation of New York, where he is Chair of the Private Equity Division. Doug has a BSE from Wharton with honors and an MBA from Harvard with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.

Dave joined Victor Capital Partners in 2016 and is a Partner of Victor. Dave has been a private equity investor since 2006, and he has experience across numerous businesses in a broad range of business service and industrial sectors. From 2007 through 2015, Dave was a Principal with ZS Fund, L.P., a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to ZS, Dave was an Associate at BBH Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Brown Brothers Harriman. He began his career as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of J.P. Morgan. Dave earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, where he was a member of the Varsity Swim Team, and he remains active in Yale alumni activities and scholarship programs.

Matt joined Victor Capital Partners in 2022 and has been a close friend and collaborator since 2016. Prior to joining Victor, he was a Managing Director at Access Holdings, where he oversaw several of the firm’s consumer and business services buy-and-build strategies. Matt was previously a partner at Calvert Street Capital Partners and spent eight years leading many of their industrial products and services investments. Previous experience also includes investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. where he successfully executed several sell-side M&A transactions and a summer working with Doug Korn at Irving Place Capital. Matt has a BS in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Duke with distinction as a Fuqua Scholar.

Kim joined Victor Capital Partners in 2022 as Chief Financial & Compliance Officer. She started her career at Ernst & Young before transitioning to private industry, spending 11 years at Towne Park in various accounting and finance roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of Finance.  During her time at Towne Park, Kim participated in 12+ buy and sell side transactions.

Kim moved into private equity in 2021, joining Ames Watson where she served as in-house finance counsel and participated in buy side investments and portfolio company management. Kim earned a BS in Accounting from Bucknell University.

Mike joined Victor Capital Partners in 2016 and has been a private equity investor since 2010. He has worked on transactions and successful investments that span business services, industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, retail and specialty chemical sectors. Prior to joining Victor Capital Partners, Mike was an Associate with Bregal Partners where he helped build the firm’s US middle market private equity practice. Mike began his career with Audax Group Private Equity where he focused on buy-and-build investments, and he earned his A.B. and B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College where he was an Academic All American and member of the Varsity Alpine Ski Team.

Jordan Levine has more than nine years of finance and private equity experience. He began his career as an Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Power and Utility group, where he focused on capital raising and M&A transactions spanning renewables, conventional generation, utilities, and smart grid technologies. Prior to joining Victor Capital Partners in 2020, Jordan worked in the Finance group at Tesla, Inc. and at a venture-backed company. Jordan has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Wyatt joined Victor Capital Partners in 2022 and has been a private equity investor since 2016. He began his career as an Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials group and later joined Sun Capital Partners where he evaluated and executed transactions within the business services, healthcare, industrial, and consumer goods sectors. Prior to joining Victor Capital Partners, Wyatt was one of the founding members of Jackson Private Capital, a merchant bank providing advice and capital to family- and founder-led businesses. Wyatt has a B.A in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ben Miller joined Victor Capital Partners in 2023. He began his career as an Analyst in Piper Sandler’s Debt Advisory group, where he focused on debt capital raising for private equity clients. Prior to joining Victor Capital Partners, Ben was an Associate with MidCap Financial’s Leveraged Finance team, underwriting transactions across the industrials, business services, consumer products, and healthcare sectors, among others. Ben has a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University where he was a member of the Varsity Soccer Team.

Will joined Victor Capital Partners in 2023. Prior to joining Victor, he was an associate at Sawaya Partners, now CG Sawaya Partners, where he advised on public, private, and sponsor-backed transactions across the consumer sector with a focus on the food & beverage and health & wellness subsectors. Will received a B.B.A with honors in Finance & Accounting from the College of William and Mary.

Nicole joined Victor Capital Partners in March 2016. Prior to joining Victor Capital Partners, she was an Executive Assistant at Fortress Investment Group from 2009 to 2016, working on the Value Recovery Fund. She started her career at D. B. Zwirn & Co., a special opportunities hedge fund, in 2005 and remained on board through the acquisition of the portfolio to Fortress. She attended Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
